Opened the bag for a quick snack and ended up finishing half of it before dinner—that 150g size is perfect for tapas but dangerous for self-control. The thin shavings have that deep, nutty jamón flavor that melts right on the tongue, and they're not overly salty like some cheaper cuts.
These little virutas are dangerously snackable right out of the bag. I was surprised by how much flavor is packed into such thin shavings, and that 150g bag has already disappeared from our charcuterie board.
