The pizarra soils really come through in the minerality—it’s got that unmistakable Priorat depth without being heavy. Opened a bottle with roasted lamb and it handled the richness perfectly. Four varieties blended smooth, and the finish lingers just the right amount.
It’s been my go‑to for slow dinners, and the old‑vine fruit brings a depth I don’t usually find at this price. The slate minerality gives it a clean, stony finish that keeps you coming back for another glass.
