The 7.5 kg ham arrived well-packed and the first cut was buttery, with that deep, nutty aroma I was hoping for. Even the half chorizo piece holds its own, making this box feel like a proper Spanish pantry starter.

The 7.5kg bone-in ham slices beautifully and the fat melts on the tongue, exactly what I hoped for from a 50% ibérico. The half chorizo piece is a solid bonus, though the ham is clearly the star here.
