Violet ★★★★★

Opened this with the cortado a cuchillo slices and the texture is spot-on—each piece feels hand-carved, not machine-cut. The 50% ibérico richness comes through in every bite, perfect for a lazy Sunday board. I've already ordered another one for next weekend.

Adam ★★★★★

The packet arrived well-sealed and the jamón slices were cut thin enough to melt on the tongue, perfect for a casual tapas night with friends. The 50% ibérico richness really comes through without being overly salty, and it lasted us two full rounds of bread and olives.

Andrew ★★★★★

The 50% ibérico jamón slices are cut thick enough to feel substantial but still melt on the tongue, perfect for a casual tapas night. We tore through the whole pack in one sitting, and the fat marbling was honestly the highlight.
