Vino Venta las Vacas

The 12 months in French and American oak really comes through—there's a nice balance between the ripe fruit and that woody, spicy edge. Drank it with a lamb stew and it held its own perfectly. Only giving it four stars because I wish the bottle had a bit more info on the back about the vintage.
