Viña Caeira 2022 er laget med minimalt nødvendig inngrep for å respektere edelen til de små og kompakte druene av Albariño fra Finca Pesqueiras. Innhøstingen av disse druene er håndplukket i 12 kg kasser, slik vingårdens spaliering krever. Rolige gjæringer ved lave temperaturer for å bevare druens aromatiske integritet. Etter gjæringen skjer en lagring på bunnfallet i omtrent 4 måneder, hvor den rette balansen mellom syre, friskhet og fylde oppnås.

Enestående med galisiske oster som Arzúa-Ulloa. Grillede kamskjell og knivskjell, eller deilige blåskjell fra fjorden. Fisk som havbrisling, piggvar og torsk kommer til sin rett med viner som Viña Caeira. Perfekt med japansk mat som sushi og sashimi.
