This Gran Reserva rosé has that dry, bone-dry finish I love, and the fact it's 100% estate-pressed really shows in the clean, mineral character. I opened it for a quiet dinner and the bottle didn't last the night, it's that easy to drink. A bit pricey, but worth it for the complexity.
