Lotto di Spalla di Suino Iberico 50% razza Iberica

The box arrived well-packed and the chorizo ibérico vela was a nice bonus, but the star is that paleta — at 4.5 to 5 kilos, it’s got real weight to it, and slicing thin pieces for a weekend board felt like a proper treat.

The fat marbling on the paleta is exactly what I hoped for—deep, rich flavor that melts on the tongue. The chorizo and salchichón are a nice bonus, though honestly the paleta alone makes this box worth it. Sliced it thin for a weekend gathering and it disappeared in minutes.

The box arrived well-packed and the paleta alone is a solid 4.5-5kg, so it's plenty for a big family gathering. The chorizo and salchichón were a nice bonus, and the meat itself has that proper ibérico fat marbling that just melts on the tongue.
