Albariño 品種於 9 月 19 日至 23 日間提早採收，而 Caíño 則是最晚採收的品種，時間落在 9 月 29 日至 10 月 3 日之間。Loureiro 則在 9 月 26 日至 28 日採收。
Albariño 和 Caíño 的葡萄藤種植在海拔較低、較為潮濕溫暖的地塊，因此採收時間較早。這些葡萄釀造出的酒款更為濃郁，酸度較低，酒體更飽滿。而 Loureiro 的葡萄藤則位於海拔較高、濕度較低、 更為涼爽的葡萄園，成熟過程較慢，釀造出的酒款口感更柔和，香氣也更為濃郁。
