Sapore morbido, cremoso, invecchiato, pulito, elegante e armonioso, con spiccata fruttosità del PX e la vinosità evoluta dell'Oloroso, accompagnate, in misura minore, da sentori sottili. Vivace grazie alla sua composizione di Finos.
