Caratteristiche:

Vinificazione:

Zoe A. ★★★★★

The rain right before harvest clearly did its job—this Albariño has that ripe, generous sugar level that makes every sip feel round and satisfying without losing its crisp edge. I opened it on a Tuesday night just because, and it was gone before dinner was ready.

The balance in this bottle is spot-on—the sugar levels from that early September ripening give it a roundness without losing the crisp, dry finish Albariño should have. Opened it with grilled sea bass last night and the acidity cut through perfectly. Easily my new go-to for summer whites.

Lily ★★★★★

That September rain really did the trick—the sugar levels in the must came through perfectly, giving this Albariño a roundness that pairs beautifully with a simple seafood dinner. Sipped it chilled last night and the balance was spot on.
