The dry brut nature finish really lets the 100% estate-pressed grapes shine, and the gran reserva aging adds a depth I didn't expect from a rosé. Opened it for a quiet Sunday dinner and it was gone before the main course arrived.
This Gran Reserva rosé has that dry, bone-dry finish I love, and the fact it's 100% estate-pressed really shows in the clean, mineral character. I opened it for a quiet dinner and the bottle didn't last the night, it's that easy to drink. A bit pricey, but worth it for the complexity.
The 100% estate-pressed character really comes through—this rosé has that extra depth you don't usually find in a Brut Nature. Poured it for guests last week and the minerality from the terroir made every glass feel like something special. I've already ordered another bottle.
