Finca Villacreces 2019 (DO Ribera) Tempranillo

Decanted this for an hour and the Ribera character really came through, dark fruit with that earthy backbone you expect from the DO. We paired it with lamb and it held up beautifully, smooth tannins that made the whole dinner feel special. Already ordered another bottle.

Opened it last night expecting just another Ribera, but the depth this 2019 has is something else. It's got that authentic Ribera del Duero character, and it kept evolving in the glass for a good two hours.

Decanted it for about an hour and the Ribera character really came through—deep, structured, with that classic earthy finish. The 2019 vintage is drinking beautifully right now, smooth enough for a weeknight but with enough backbone for a slow-cooked meal.
