This one’s genuinely smooth on the palate, not sharp like some other oils I’ve tried, and that “suave” description is spot on. The freshness comes through right away, and it’s become my go-to for salads where I want the olive flavor to feel elegant, not overpowering.
Even though it says "suave," the freshness and that elegant, harmonious finish still make it feel like a proper treat on a salad. The 500ml bottle is perfect for everyday use without taking up too much cupboard space. I've already ordered a second one.
The fruitiness really comes through on the nose, but it stays gentle on the palate like the label promises. I've been drizzling it over salads and even just bread with salt, and the freshness hasn't faded even after a couple weeks open.
