ชุดแฮมกรังเรเซอร์วา

The whole box arrived beautifully packed, and the chorizo and salchichón are perfect for snacking while the paleta rests. I sliced into the Gran Reserva after a week and the marbling was exactly what I hoped for, melt-in-your-mouth texture that beat the last one I bought elsewhere.

The ham is a solid 4.5-5 kg piece, and it sliced beautifully thin without crumbling. The little wedge of cheese was a nice bonus for the price.

The 4.5-5kg paleta is a proper centrepiece, and slicing it thin was easier than I expected for a Gran Reserva. The chorizo and salchichón in the box are a nice touch too, perfect for snacks while the ham lasts.
