Afkomstig van varkens van het 100% Iberische ras, vrij opgegroeid in de weelderige dehesa en gevoed met eikels, wilde planten en kruiden tijdens de montanera, biedt onze Paleta de Bellota 100% Ibérica uitzonderlijk smaakvol vlees. De vetinfiltratie in de spier, gecombineerd met zorgvuldige voeding en verzorging, resulteert in een onvergelijkbaar eindproduct.
