Zachte, romige, gerijpte, zuivere, elegante en harmonieuze smaak, waarbij het fruitige karakter van de PX en de ontwikkelde wijnachtigheid van de Oloroso naar voren komen, evenals, in mindere mate, subtiele aroma's. Prickelend door de samenstelling van Fino's.

  • Moment van consumptie: ideaal als aperitief of bij de maaltijd. Ook perfect voor cocktails, vanwege zijn veelzijdigheid en verrassende smaak.
  • Serveertemperatuur: koud serveren, op 10°C.
  • Combineren met: perfect bij zeer intense blauwe kazen en desserts. · Aanbevolen glas: wijnglas voor witte wijn.
  • Aanbevolen bewaring: bewaar de fles op een koele plaats (15-17 °C) en rechtop. Eenmaal geopend, bewaren in de koelkast.
