The paleta itself is huge, easily 5 kilos, and slicing it thin melts on the tongue with that rich, nutty bellota flavor. The half-chorizo and salchichón pieces in the box are a nice bonus, though I wish they were a bit bigger for the price. Still, for a special occasion this box really delivered.
