Olio dal profilo unico e molto equilibrato

Fruttato di oliva verde, chiaramente riconoscibile al naso e al palato. Sprigiona aromi che ricordano la mela verde e l'erba al naso, lasciando al contempo in bocca un gusto dolce e fresco di frutta con un leggero e gradevole tocco di amaro.

Appartenente alla D.O. Siurana, nel comune di Mont-roig del Camp (Tarragona), è ottenuto dalla prima spremitura a freddo esclusivamente di olive arbequine, che gli conferiscono un sapore fruttato con un accenno di mandorla.
