La Original minyak zaitun murni organik - intens - 500ml

I usually buy mild olive oils, but this one's "intenso" tag is accurate—it's got a real peppery kick on the finish that wakes up a simple salad. The texture is as smooth as described, so that bold flavor doesn't feel harsh at all. Already planning my next bottle.

The intensity is no joke—one drizzle over a tomato salad and the peppery kick just lingers, but that soft, almost buttery feel keeps it from being harsh. I've been through a lot of organic oils and this one stands out for that lively finish that wakes up the whole dish.

The smooth texture really caught me off guard—it's velvety on the tongue yet the flavor hits with a lively, peppery kick that lingers just long enough. I've been drizzling it over salads and finishing dishes with it, and the organic intensity makes everything taste a notch better.
