Popped this open for a birthday toast and the bubbles were so fine and persistent they lasted the whole glass. It’s dry and crisp, exactly what I want from a Brut, and paired beautifully with the seafood we had. Absolutely worth the price for a special occasion.

The price on this one genuinely surprised me for the quality, it’s a solid Brut Reserva that pairs beautifully with a simple seafood dinner. The extra time on the lees really shows in the creamy finish, and the bottle didn’t last the evening between two of us.
